This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through gondimlaw.com and online features operated for Gondim Law, including contact forms, consultation request forms, scheduling tools, and other website interactions.

It does not replace any privacy or confidentiality obligations that may apply after an attorney-client relationship has been established.

Depending on how you use the website, you may provide information such as:

6. Email, Calls, and Text Messages

If you provide contact information, Gondim Law may use it to respond by email or telephone and communicate about the consultations or services you requested. Providing a mobile number alone is not consent to receive SMS messages.

You may ask us to stop nonessential marketing emails. SMS enrollment and opt-out are handled separately as described below. An SMS opt-out applies to all messages from the SMS program, including appointment and service-related texts, apart from one opt-out confirmation.

7. SMS / Text Messaging Privacy and Consent

When you expressly opt in to the Gondim Law SMS program, we use your mobile number and messaging preferences to respond to inquiries, follow up on requested consultations, send appointment confirmations and reminders, and communicate updates about requested legal services. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Consent and records

SMS requires your separate, affirmative consent. Where a website form offers SMS enrollment, you must select an optional checkbox that is unchecked by default. Accepting a Privacy Policy or Terms of Service, submitting a phone number, or calling Gondim Law does not by itself establish SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, submitting an inquiry, scheduling a consultation, or obtaining legal services.

We may retain your mobile number, consent status, the date and source of consent, the disclosure presented, message records, and opt-out requests to administer the SMS program and document your choices. This informational program does not enroll you in promotional text messages; those require separate, express consent.

No marketing sharing or transfer of consent

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent mobile numbers or SMS consent. All other sharing categories in this Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; these records will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own use or messaging campaigns. Your consent applies to Gondim Law and cannot be transferred to another business.

We may disclose the minimum information needed to contracted messaging providers and telecommunications carriers solely to process and deliver Gondim Law messages on our behalf. These providers may not use your mobile information or SMS consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This limited processing does not authorize another party to contact you under your Gondim Law consent.

Your messaging choices

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out; no further messages will be sent from the program unless you expressly opt in again.
