Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Gondim Law website and the information, forms, scheduling tools, and resources made available through it.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and to all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.
References to “Gondim Law,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Gondim Law Corp. References to “you” or “your” refer to the person accessing or using this website.
2. Legal Information, Not Legal Advice
The information on this website is provided for general informational and educational purposes. Immigration laws, regulations, agency policies, procedures, filing requirements, and processing practices can change and may apply differently depending on the facts of a particular matter.
3. No Attorney-Client Relationship Through Website Use
Viewing this website, submitting a website form, sending an email, downloading materials, or scheduling an appointment does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship with Gondim Law.
An attorney-client relationship is formed only after Gondim Law agrees to represent you and the required engagement or representation agreement has been completed.
Until that relationship is established, you should not assume that information you send through the website will be treated as confidential or that Gondim Law has agreed to protect any filing deadline or take action on your behalf.
4. Website Communications
If you submit information through a contact form, consultation request, chat, calendar, or similar feature, you represent that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Gondim Law may use the contact information you provide to respond to your inquiry by email or telephone and communicate about the consultation or legal services you requested. SMS enrollment requires separate, affirmative consent as described below; submitting a phone number or accepting these Terms alone does not authorize text messages.
Do not send highly sensitive information through a public website form unless the form specifically requests it and you are comfortable transmitting it electronically.
5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program name: Gondim Law SMS. Gondim Law Corp. offers informational text messages to people who expressly opt in. Messages may include responses and follow-ups to your inquiries, consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, and updates about requested legal services. Some messages may be sent using automated technology.
How you consent
You enroll by separately and affirmatively agreeing to receive SMS messages from Gondim Law when your mobile number is collected. Where an SMS opt-in is offered on a website form, the SMS consent checkbox is optional, starts unchecked, and must be selected by you. Providing a phone number, calling our office, submitting a form without selecting SMS consent, or accepting website terms does not by itself enroll you.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, submitting an inquiry, scheduling a consultation, or obtaining legal services. This informational SMS program does not include promotional messages. Any marketing SMS program requires separate, express consent.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, appointments, and service needs. Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging or data plan.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message from the program to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive one message confirming your opt-out; after that, no further SMS messages will be sent from the program unless you expressly opt in again. Choosing to stop texts does not cancel an appointment or end an existing legal representation.
Help and customer support
Reply HELP to any message for assistance. You can also call +1 (323) 282-7770 or use our contact page for help with SMS or your messaging preferences.
Delivery and privacy
Message delivery depends on your wireless provider and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please provide a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use and notify us if that number changes.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in consent is not sold or transferred to another business for its messaging campaigns. For details about collection, limited processing for message delivery, and your choices, see our Privacy Policy and SMS privacy section.
6. Consultations and Legal Services
Consultation availability, pricing, scope, duration, and scheduling rules may change. Booking a consultation does not guarantee that Gondim Law will accept a matter for representation.
Legal fees and the scope of representation, if any, are governed by a separate written agreement. No website statement, estimate, case example, testimonial, or prior result guarantees a particular outcome.
7. Permitted Use of the Website
You may use this website for lawful personal and informational purposes. You agree not to:
- interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, server, forms, databases, or connected services;
- submit false, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful information;
- copy, scrape, reproduce, or exploit website content in a manner that violates applicable law or our intellectual property rights; or
- use the website to transmit malware, automated spam, or harmful code.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the website design, branding, text, graphics, photographs, videos, downloadable materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Gondim Law and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and print reasonable portions of the website for your personal, noncommercial use. Other reproduction, republication, distribution, or commercial use requires prior written permission.
9. Third-Party Websites and Services
This website may use or link to third-party services such as scheduling platforms, map providers, analytics services, video platforms, payment processors, social networks, or government websites. Gondim Law does not control the content, availability, privacy practices, or security of third-party websites.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Website Availability and Disclaimers
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not warrant that every page, link, feature, or piece of information will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.
The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gondim Law will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, this website or third-party services linked from it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law controls.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the website, our practices, or applicable requirements. The effective date shown at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
14. Contact
Questions about these Terms or the SMS program may be submitted through the Gondim Law contact page or by calling +1 (323) 282-7770.
