Program 01

Asylum

There are various reasons a person can claim persecution and seek asylum in the United States, including religious, sexual, racial, and political discrimination. People escaping war zones or armed conflicts can also seek refuge in America.

The applicant must be physically present in the U.S. and file Form I-589 within 12 months of arrival, presenting substantial evidence of persecution that represents a physical or psychological threat.

If approved: TPS → Green Card eligibility

Program 02

Victims of Domestic Violence (VAWA)

The Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) protects immigrants experiencing abuse in relationships with U.S. citizens or permanent residents. It applies to all victims, not only women.

Eligible individuals must show evidence of abuse and required U.S. presence. The self-petition process allows victims to apply independently, without the abuser’s involvement.

Provide evidence of cruelty and 3+ years of U.S. presence.
File Form I-360 (self-petition).
If approved, file Form I-485 to adjust status.
Receive a Green Card if the petition is granted.

Program 03

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)

DACA provides certain individuals brought to the U.S. as children with temporary protection from deportation and eligibility for work authorization.

Applicants must meet residence requirements, have completed high school (or equivalent), and have no disqualifying criminal convictions.

Meet required unlawful presence period
High school diploma or GED required
No disqualifying criminal record
2-year renewable protection + work permit

Program 04

Removal Defense

Removal defense involves representing and advocating for immigrants facing deportation from the United States. For many immigrants, this process involves appearing before an immigration judge in immigration court.

To avoid deportation, you will need to present a variety of arguments and evidence explaining why you should remain in the United States. Due to the complexity of this process, experienced legal counsel is essential.
